As a member of the NJ Harm Reduction Coalition family, Grace in Action is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals who use drugs. Through our Grace On The Street Outreach program (GOTSO), we provide Naloxone (brand name Narcan), fentanyl test strips (to test drugs for traces of fentanyl) and training to those living on the streets as well as non-homeless individuals in our community. Our goal is continue to helping prevent drug overdoses and save lives.

In addition to providing Naloxone and training, our GOTSO program distributes essential items such as clothes, food, hygiene kits, and more. We believe that by providing these basic necessities, we can help to alleviate some of the challenges faced by individuals living on the streets.

Our founder, Nathali Cano, has been involved in harm reduction initiatives since 2016. She has supported organizations such as the New York Harm Reduction Educators of East Harlem (NYHRE) as a holistic therapist. With her leadership, our team is committed to providing compassionate and non-judgmental support to individuals in need.

At Grace in Action, we firmly believe that every person, regardless of their choices, deserves love, respect, and support. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all individuals feel valued and empowered.
